Under Armour has published its 2021 Sustainability and Impact Report, highlighting the company's efforts towards a more sustainable and equitable future.
As part of its commitment to sustainable sourcing, Under Armour partners with Labor Solutions to ensure "suppliers are hearing the concerns of their workers."
Labor Solutions' worker survey platform and program collect anonymous feedback on topics like workplace conditions directly and confidentially from workers. "The output becomes part of the suppliers’ due diligence processes and human resource management systems," and allows Under Amour to have visibility and to "spot trends at the factory level and further help our suppliers make improvements."
